The first step to becoming a part of the Signature builder network is to submit a builder's application. Upon review of your application, one of our sales persons will contact you to visit your place of business. When we meet with you, we'll exchange ideas, and talk about your goals and business needs.
The next step would be for you to visit the Signature plant (one of the largest plants' on the east coast) and see the manufacturing and assembly process.
You will witness what makes us different in all aspects of building a modular home. The manufacturing systems we employ are unique to the modular home industry, customization is built into every house, and the product and process is worth seeing.
We will notify you once your application is approved. Upon acceptance, we request that you attend the next available seminar to get you started with Signature Building Systems.
Methods of Submitting Your Application
We have two methods of transmitting a builder's application to our office.
The first is to print out the application (Click here), type or print your information on the form and mail it to our office.
The second method is to submit the information via email from your computer. (Click here).
