What makes our production facility one of the best in the industry?

Its Design and Size

The building (one of the newer plants in the custom modular home building industry) is situated on seven acres of land and covers over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and non-manufacturing space. The plant has over 200 employees working around 22 unique stations occupied by modular units in various stages of completion.

Steel girders extend 45 feet above the floor, and support a massive bridge-crane system. The cranes allow us to pick, shift, spin, and move boxes to different stations throughout the plant. The overhead delivery crane system makes the movement and placement of assemblies and subassemblies into varied modular home floor plans as easy and precise as possible. The integrated design of the mezzanines and catwalks avoids congestion on the plant floor and allows us to build in an efficient and timely manner.

Curious visitors are always amazed at how we fit and test the roof system. Before a plant tour starts, some express concern about whether the roof systems actually fit together. The extraordinary height of our building and the crane system allow us to lift, fit, assemble, and test the roof section prior to shipment. This eliminates any surprises on the day of delivery for the erection crew.
